All Pashma pieces are made to order, with production commencing upon full payment and a standard timeline of 3–5 weeks prior to dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, size-related requests may be reviewed via contact@pashma.co. International shipping is charged at checkout at a flat launch rate of $26. Orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), excluding the UK and EU, and PASHMA is not responsible for customs-related delays. Natural variations in texture and finish are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Clients are responsible for following care instructions. All designs and materials remain the exclusive property of Pashma, and the house reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, issuing a full refund prior to production where applicable.
